SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
MINUTES
MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m.
Present were Chair Drake Waldron, Councilor Marie Solani, Small Cities Administrator Larry Wagner and Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver
On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Committee under duress voted unanimously to recommend to the full council approval of Small Cities project 143-282 consisting of $4,500.00 for a boiler at Hillside Avenue. There is no equity in the property.
On other business, Larry Wagner presented the advantages of adopting a resolution for the reprogramming of Program Income Funds (from various accounts) to provide additional funding for the City Hall ADA Project and to provide additional funds to the Housing Rehabilitation Program Income Account. This matter was going before the full this evening. On a motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Waldron, the committee voted to make the recommendation and support this action before the full Council.
There being no other business the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
